- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★So many good memories of camping here. It's such a beautiful area and a great camp ground. Or, you can just go for the day and walk around the Falls. Time well spent.By Doug Anderson, June 22, 2017

- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★❤❤❤ Love Kakabeka! This was my second time there and it was just as breathtaking as the first. I'd love to explore the whole park sometime, but I love that you can make a little detour off the trans Canada to see a waterfall. Absolutely beautiful.By Kimber Munford, February 15, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Drove through the town of Kakabeka Falls in 2012 and really wanted to stop by the park but we ended up driving by. Ever since then, I've been hoping to get another chance. Was in the area again in 2013 but it didn't work out then as well. For our recent drive, I made it a point to make it part of the plan. It didn't disappoint. It is a very loud and powerful falls. Apparently it's the second highest in Ontario after Niagara Falls. The water also has a red/brownish coffee-like hue. The park itself is easily accessible for those travelling on the Trans Canada/ON-11/ON-17. They should just stay on the Trans Canada instead of taking the ON-102 "shortcut" to Thunder Bay. The park will be right by the road. For our 1 hour stay, all we had to pay was $5. Facilities on the north side of the river were several picnic tables, washrooms. There is a walkway that offers amazing views of the falls. Unfortunately we didn't cross the bridge to the south side of the park. I feel that you would get a more complete view of the falls from there. The town of Kakabeka Falls is nearby and they have a decent amount of restaurants and services nearby. Initially I considered it a teaser before visiting Niagara later in the trip but it more than held it's own. I would stop here again. Visited July 2016By Patrick Villacorta, January 22, 2017
